Organization
The API Key in this tab is the agent registration key, the one passed as APIKEY at installation (see Install the agent). The tab shows it with a copy button, without letting you change it.
If it has leaked, ask the team that runs your platform to change it. The change causes no outage: the old key is still accepted for 30 days. A recent agent (2026.10.9.0 or later) that presents the old key receives the new one automatically and restarts; an older agent receives it after its update. After the 30 days, or earlier on request, the old key is refused. New installations use the new key.
The Plan shows what your subscription includes: Free (FileMonitor only), Standard or Enterprise (chosen modules).
SMTP
Unless you set something here, FirstSI sends its emails through the platform's mail server. For them to come from your own domain, fill in this tab:
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| SMTP Server, Port | smtp.example.com, 587 (or 465 with SSL/TLS connection (port 465)) |
| Username, Password | the sending account, or Anonymous SMTP (no authentication) for an internal relay |
| From Email, From Name | monitoring@example.com, "Monitoring" |
Then Test Configuration and Send Test to your own address. Only tick Ignore SSL certificate errors for an internal relay whose certificate is self-signed.
